I will try a new voltage reg tomorrow and see if it works. I tested the headlight voltage and it runs and 12.5 to 13 volts at idle then down to 6.5 or so when throttle is applied. Even sitting at idle and turning on hand warmers dims the light so hopefully it is the regulator.:beer:
My headlight is dim when idling then it get bright for a second when I get on the throttle and then dims down again, tried unplugging the koso and turning off the hand warmers and it still does it. I think it is the voltage regulator but just looking for some more opinions. Also my light on the...

I am looking to put a longer track and maybe lose some weight on my 03 summit and wondering if an xp skid from timbersled, or a rev skid will fit,or an m10 skid, I would like to go to a 154 x 16 track, any help would be greatly appreciated, as my 144 just is to short for mountain riding thanx.
New to the site, I live in Fort Sask, and have always had sleds. I started with a little yammy, then an Ultra that I rode the heck out of. Now have a 03 summit 800 144" with a few minor mods.
