you wont be happy with the honda unless put 4000 into it after you buy it. heavy, under powered, high geared, and only a 3 speed that doesnt work very well. iv got an 09 xp 850 le with lots of hard kms on it and its been treating me extremely well. big tires with lots of power, iv added some...

we plan on having rides all over alberta if possible. and yes we'll have rides in swan hills for sure. we're still talkin to embroidery shops and decal places for prices for hats, t-shirts and decals or full decal kits for our atvs. our first "official" ride will be may long weekend. camping...
just replace the gear position sensor. thats usualy the problem. if not clean the switches. if that doesnt do it you might need to replace the battery as it is probably getting weak start and stop riding. rincons have the same battery problem if they're not ridden for a decent amount of time to...

i would ditch the lift and look into either shock spring spacers or stiffer springs. i know alot of the bigger machines sit 2 -3inches down on travel when they're just sittin. if you can lift the back or front and get over an 1.5 inches of lift before your shocks top out id look into spring...

id put a set of zillas on. iv got 3400kms on mine without an issue and iv got them on an 09 850xp. they wear well and have great traction, plus super light for that style of tire. dont let price bother you. you get wgat you pay for
i usualy use notoil air filter cleaner and oil. works well at gettin the filter clean and you can get the spray or liquid filter oil. did lots of sand ridin when i had my 09 crf 450r last year and nothin made it past the filter and into the intake tract
iv got 28x11-14 zillas on all 4 corners of my 850. i know they're a good tire asnd ride great! iv got 3000 kms on mine with 75% left on the back and 95% left on the front. great trail and mud tire. il never buy another brand unless its lighter, smoother, grippier, and outlasts the zillas...
