Selling my 07 rev but I hAvent had many bites so I figured I might put back to stock and one of the big ticket items is the 174 timbersled skid I have. It would be complet with iceage rails and two wheel axle kit. I was thinking about $1500, but just wondering what you guys thought it is worth.
Has anyone read the new American snowmobiler rag, I don't have it on hand but I was really shocked of the wet weight of last years pro. I believe it was only within a pound of the new cat 800. I figured there would have been a 20-50 pound difference.
I'm having some overhearing troubles with my 10 outty 650 I have some bent rad fins which I feel is the culprit. I am just wondering how many fins per inch the rad has so I can order the appropriate rad comb. Thanks.
Yeah sure reliable. Does it matter if the rest of the sled falls apart around it? I got 5 season of trouble free riding out of my doo. I will garuantee it will walk all over your cat. Pm me when the snow flies.
My uncle put an hmf and a dalton clutch kit and the bike is pretty impressive. I just put a muzzy exhaust on my 650 and I am happy with that as well. The 500 is an impressive bike I think a couple bolt ons will wake it up pretty good.
Boost it I'm sure would help however the sleds biggest problem is build quality. As my cousin should have voiced his displeasure a lot more about this I'm not going to air the list of crap that went wrong this thing all season. I don't feel it would be right for TSS to hear about all these...
Tough to beat the grizz. I'm a hardcore can am guy but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the grizz. I ride with guys that have the 660s and the 700s and they go good and are really reliable. The cats look nice and are cheap but there have been to many problems to make me consider one.
After seeing how my cousins 1200 turbo panned out from them I can't say I would be in a big rush to buy anything from them. You can probably see other posts from me praising the guys from TSS, but after seeing my cousin struggle with this 20 something thousand turd all winter I can't keep my...
Umm could we please get back to the pizzing contest between maxwell and glengine. That's just entertaining! Its like watching my 2 and 5 year old fight without the screaming. Well maybe I should get this stirred up. Hey glen I think I read on another thread maxwell was saying the new proclimbs...
That's pretty crazy, talk about wrong place at the wrong time. I work with a logging truck driver that had two similar incidents in the last year. She had a person who was suspected of committing suicide, who just drove right into her and last spring about 6 months after the first incident a...
A guy that lives down the road from me has a plasma table, so I designed it and got him to build it. Now that I got a tig welder I can build it myself.
Back when the rev came out in 03 I bought one and long tracked it and trust me I did things the hard way. I went with a 144 2 inch and I was able to keep the stock drivers. If you have 10 tooths in your renegade you are safe to a 2" without new drivers and if you want a 2.25" you will need 9s...
I'm running the 3-6000 domes with 500 mains. I have run pump with no issues however I do like to mix a bit of avgas in as a precaution. I believe I'm running stock needle postion with a 10 thou shim. The setup works well you won't be disapointed.
Ya huge difference, run the whole slp kit and you will ride with a perma grin! I was one of the first guys to get a kit and I am totally satisfied. I run or beat all the new 8s to this day.
