That's a Fox shock that can be rebuilt. Typically front track shocks will take a beating from rocks and pits the shaft which will cause premature seal failure so take a good look at it. I haven't touched a M-10 skid shock in a few years but just finished a rear one this evening.

You need to pull it all apart. but FIRST bleed off the N2 with a needle and fill with oil and set the IFP depth to the proper depth. then recharge it back up. If you are struggling just give me a call and i can guide you through it.
about the cheapest shock out there for that sled thats rebuildable is a Walker evans shock. they are abut $200 US each short of finding a used set thats about your only route.
