Chappell would be hit pretty hard by the winds, cold temps and riders. Back of Allan or Clemina trees would be your best bet. And don't forget that there are more areas than just the ones on your list. There are goods out there if you go looking. Ride safe

We have actually had a great last few years with the "new trail" gate. The club also put thousands of dollars into the "new trail" this year to improve ditching, drainage, tight areas etc. Stoked to see how it turns out with good snow coverage.
