my buddy mangled his lower A arm, bent shock and tie rod, broke ski .. sled looked pretty mangled !!!
replaced all those parts and everything lined up perfect .. no damage to S module .. he has grip n rip braces .. maybe a testament to how good those are !? maybe he got lucky who knows
I'm lucky i got a 1000... seems like I've been putting more miles on my trials bike than sled this year
on the bright side, I've kept up my resale value some !!! lol
As expected ... opened mine up and needed no parts .. just a couple of mildly sticky arms and a good cleaning.. shined her up like new and back in she goes for more abuse
did a full rebuild on buddy's with the rebuild kit + a new spring .. he should be stoked next time out
Another question...
I agree !!! I love it!
I blow my clutches every 2-3 rides .. but around 1000 I like to take it apart, give it a proper cleaning and change some cheap parts .. but perhaps too early for changing parts yet, still runs like a champ!
Got 1000 k on the machine, going to pull the clutch out and give her some love
what parts do you recommend changing ?
buttons / orings ?
governor cup ?
main bushing ?
How man Ks do you go till you change your springs and rollers ?

so .. all they did was replace the "flickable" jargon with "instantaneous lift" ...
"Take all the things that work and drastically improve them all" ??
should've taken the things that didn't work and fixed them ... like blowing motors, belt...
