My truck same thing cold not work ,warm works ???? Any luck figuring it out????

2006 dodge ram 3500, 4x4, Laramie , crew , diesel ,auto, edge tuner with hot unlock , dual exhaust k&n intake sun-coast stage 2 rebuild B&D torque converter triple disc and valve body. on completion of this trans rebuild with these parts "ONLY" I gained 25mph in the 1/4 mile:)

This is the same issue I have, the heated drivers seat works in warm weather above 60 degrees, and once the truck is warmed up (operating temp that is) but if its cold out it does not work , but it will work when it's cold out when truck is warmed up??? passenger seat works completely fine 2006...
