silverbacks are probably the best mud tire out there, but not the greatest on the trail. they are also quite heavy. the only place that i know that sells them is rapid revouloutions in edmonton as byron said before.
the dvx has the same engine as the suzuki z400. these seem to be great engines for trail riding. Good overall power, reverse gear, handles good. The dvx was desined for trail riding. dosent have the crazy power of the 450s so you wont have to ride the clutch as much, and you will still be able...
Here are some more pictures. brother on outlaw, cousin on raptor, byrons dad on rincon, uncle on king quad, a cool raptor flying up the hill, a sick yfz and a crazy renegade with paddles and nos. not in that order.
welcome. Ive always liked polaris, but after hearing about the 800 engine problems im not really sure how they would do. Hope you have good luck with it if you get one.
one of my grandpas trees in his back yard snaped in half and is know laying on the neighbors garage. I was in hinton when it happened and it hardly even rained.
dont no to much about the xr 400 but my uncle rides a 250x. my aunty just got into quading and she isnt the fastest rider to say the least. my uncle has no problems riding slowly in the lower gears following her. He also has to do hardly any matenence to it.
i would also definatly be interested. august or september long weekend would seem like a good time to do it.. outwest is always a great place to go but im always excited to try new riding areas.
