Im just pedal-ing around slow tinkering with the seat adjustment crap...
20240606_190332.jpg

It might take a few months,,, I'm ok with that,,, most likely end up within 5 or 800 miles before I get it set...

Then I'll start all over again...

On going fine tuning for the old worn-out body...

A easy activity if We keep it that way...

Team Canada doesn't want me on their team,,, id end slowing them down ...

Not sure what you’re wearing for bottom gear I bought a couple pairs of mountain bike underwear with the ass pads. Sport check. They’re Amazing. I don’t get Emery cloth ass anymore. Still tender after 50 km ride but 75% better and the seat position doesn’t matter as much with the pad.

I bought a pair of BN3TH ginch with the ass pads , they are well worth the $100. What kind of riding are you doing for 50 km? We go for 20-25 km and that takes 2-2.5 hrs and mostly hills and single track trails. I’m done after that I couldn’t imagine doing twice that much. I do usually use the lowest power assist for more of a workout.

we ride from the west end. Single tracks and all off trail we do 35 max on my Rocky Mountain. If I ride my juggernaut we can ride out most of the city streets in 4 hrs. 50 km easy.

Seat choice is the key, I've been using a Chromag brand seat for years. Haven't worn pair of diaper shorts since. Specialized has some good options too.

Is that Siffluer Falls ravine in the back ground with your bike hanging on the guard rail?

Indeed it is,,, a person is not suppose too be back there with a pedal bike...

My bad,,, the law dosen't not state a person can't walk a rolling cart in the West country,,, not my fualt that my cart looks like a (bike)

Lol
Rules. Lol I was riding through Laurier yesterday on the walking trail in the dog park section. Some gay bitch with her scared wide eyed husband give me ch!t for being there on my bike. I told her my dog just died and I likethe trail, I go super slow and say hi to the puppies and the owners. She then says well. The rules are you have to be on the other trail. I laughed and very nicely said I don’t give a fawk what the rules are. I will take my pedal bike anywhere I want respectfully..

I was going slower than walking speed. Just enjoying my day. I seem to run into miserable people lol. I definitely don’t let people like that ruin my day. Keep on keeping on with a smile.
