it is a known fact the rhino cooling is somewhat insufficient. I bought a three pass rad and have never had another problem. That is assuming you dont have some other issue.

the rhino's airlock very easily if u have gotten it hot u must raise the front end about a foot remove the engine cover and on the side of the thermostat housing there is a little bleed screw which will allow you to get the air out when u add the antifreeze. you may also want to remove the thermostat housing before you bleed the air out as we have had the thermostat get stuck open which allows the coolant to circulate through the system to quickly to cool suffieciently. hope this helps

Did you pull the rad out to clean it? If not its probably still full of mud that you can't see. They are almost impossible to clean completley in the machine. If you already did that try burping the system by loosening the screw on the side of the thermostat housing on top of the motor while its running until antifreze runs out. If that doesn't work it may be the water pump.

Try adding some Waterweter made by Redline. I added 6 cap fulls and it seems to have helped.
