I have the bca radio 1, for quite a few years now, i figured it was past warranty but didn't look up when i purchased or how long warranty was. I messaged bca and told them issues i was having, i figured it was the mic and inquired if they had issues,and if I can purchase a mic . they messaged me back right away and said get them serial number of unit. I sent that to them and they messaged me and said drill a hole in radio and send pic of that done so they know it cant be used and they would send a brand new unit to me and also update to the 2 model
they said when it comes to back country safety they don't want issues with there product.
all this happened in a couple days and thought I would put it out there about the exceptional customer service and warranty provided.
imo this was great service and fast and efficient. fastest and easiest dealing I have ever had when it comes to electronics, how many other brands would warranty a electronic device like this???
