as ran 9559 said fill coolant, loosen bolt [ should be 8mm head] in thermostat housing on top of head, pour coolant into bottle till comes out bolt- tighten bolt, start & run sled within a couple of mins feel both heat exchangers on sides of foot boards they should heat up. as long as they BOTH...
just curious but has dealer or anybody actually looked into reason for 3 engines??? what mods do u have? over 1000km? plugged fuel filter? pipe without controller? leaking intake boot? if it has proper flash, weights, non ethanol fuel etc sounds like somebody missed something??/ imo
you guys all have some pretty good points BUT where is the rest of the story? i think if it was my sled i would know why it supposidly went thru 3 engines? i'm sure polaris has had problems like all other sleds but i think if truly 3 engines i would be lookin at what I'M DOING.
