Looking for a good quality zero turn mower with a 60-70" cut, any suggestions? I've been looking at the Husqvarnas, snapper, and Deines.

I'll ask my neighbor this weekend, when I see him. He cuts grass and owns 5 zero turns. I'll see what he recommends?

Im very happy with my husky. Got it last year down in the states for a smoking price. Its crazy how fast you can mow with those things.

As much as I like my Husky chain saw my Husky mower and other people that have them leave a lot to be desired, I would not buy another husky mower.

My neighbours have exmarks, definitely nice machines, if I had the doe, I'd take a serious look at one, and they're very happy with theirs. For now I'll stick with my John Deer it's just got the 42" deck, but man it cuts fast. :)

My neighbour has a 60" Ferris from Kasha's he's bragging about... I have 40 hours on my 23hp Kawi powered Cub Cadet zero turn with the steering wheel that I am impressed with so far, I always brag it up too...

We have a zero turn Deere and love it. It cuts at a high speed.....however my cousin has a Cub Cadet and I really like it as well but what is neat about it is the deck tips up at the front for easy cleaning of caked grass after the job is done. No more laying on your back digging at something you cant see.

as bigfoot says how much grass do you cut? that is a deciding factor less than 3 acres a benchmark may work all right, i cut 6 acres and needed heavy duty. i tried the benchmark zero turn, decided against it due to longer wet grass would bog it down lots, gas engines just don't have the torque to keep going in heavy grass. the kubota will bog also but it is usually plugged solid when it does. i wish i had bought the next bigger size. time is money and i would rather be doing something else than cut grass. wife cut the yard in about 4-5 hrs on saturday.

was thinking around 8k

If you can push your budget another 2 or 3K...you can get into the Deere commercial series Z9**. They start in the $10,000 area. The 7-iron pro deck is absolutely bullet proof....Ground speeds of 10-12mph.....you will NOT be sorry.
