Nope: I am doing my trifecta this year That is the task of completing one Spartan race at each distance offered within a calendar year. In the spirit of ramping things up, I will attempt it in the space of one month I will run a Super on September 7th (about 12 kms) in Red Deer, a Beast on September 28th (21kms) in Sun Peaks, and a Sprint the following day (5kms) in order to win the coveted Spartan Trifecta Medal I am using these as a kickoff point to help me train for my first ultra marathon (50kms or more) and then a solo attempt at finishing Canadian Death Race in 2014... Should be extremely lean or extremely dead by this time next year

I am pretty sure that Krista (Rowdy) did the Sprint in Calgary this past weekend on her birthday and Mo Potato (Monique) was training for this one also...
