Yamaha TR-1 engine question

Figured here might be the best place to ask.

My brother needs a new block and rods for his yamaha jet boat that has the tr1 engine. Being a 1049cc 3 cyl engine, is it the same block as the sidewinder?

Not likely, the Sidewinder is 998cc, maybe the Nytro engine? It was 1049cc like the TR1 is, and has the same 82mm bore and 66mm stroke.
