if its a 1991 its a warrior not a wolverine, wolverines didnt come out till 1995 i believe.

warriors were decent in their day, not comparable to a banshee or 250R. decent trail quad, not many mechanical issues either. what are you wanting to use it for mostly?

1995-2009 for the Wolverine. A buddy of mine had an older one (can't remeber exact yr) and all I can remember is it was hard to steer when in 4x4. Other than that he just out grew it :d

The worrior was form 1987-2011. That's the sport quad. They are a hoot.

just using it for trail riding it says wolfverine on the tank will have to check te year when i see it he says its a 1991 its full time 4 wheel drive just wounder how it would handle in te mud and snow or if the bike would be better to hold on to. just hate how the trails all still have snow and ice on them and cant get out riding thinking a quad would have been a better buy

oh, 4wd ya its a wolverine, then it would be a 1995 or newer. I had a wolverine back in 95 and it was great. had a few issues with the carb, but i think they revised it in 96. was a good quad to me at the time. it wheelied no problem by dropping a gear, had lots of power.

We have one not sure of the year but 90s fosho. The one we have is a tank it goes through mud water and skeg pretty well. We have a stalling problem somewhere but once she dries for a minute she starts back up. Steering is a little tough but we have oversized on the front. Overall we only paid $800 so I have nothing to complain about and probably woulda paid $1500 ;).

I had a 97 Wolverine and drove it right into the ground and then some. It was a very reliable machine. Do not go to agresive on the tire lug or above 25" and it will be great. Just change the oils and ride it. It is light enough that with enough speed it just stays on top of the show and mud.
