Seems I had a little snow load on the carport. This morning about 5AM my supports gave way and the end of my carport came crashing down onto our sleds on my deck. Entire weight of the roof now was settled on the handle bars of our XP Summits. Couldn`t lift the roof high enough today to get truck out from under the roof. Supported the roof with 4X4 and crossing my fingers. At least the roof is off the sleds.
Sure hope no damage was done to the steering post or handlebars.

Last weekend Trashy had a furnace issue now its my turn to have the house screw up my days.

Just like being stuck in the deep powder: give it some throttle and it'll get out of that predicament.

Holy man I hope they aren't to bunged up! You might be getting good at changing steering stems right away.

thats funny snopro.
I'm actually a little surprised by the design of the carport. It looks like a very small sno load that took it out. You may want to have the builder download the Simple Physics app lol. Its a blast

I think the sleds will be alright Glen but we may have to put down the Dodge. Lol.

Thin on the outside edges but about 1-11/2 feet further in. I looked the other day and didn`t think anything about it. carport was there when I bought the place. I will make sure it gets fixed with more support. It was the Christmas lights with the heavy duty wiring.

I hear you on the house crap. I went out of town ffor christmas, came home to a burst water pipe and a pile of water damage from an ice dam on my roof. Then found out today my ecu is toast on my sled. Killing me right before a 10 dday mountain trip. FML.

LOL

Step one- ask wife to stop off at beer store.

Step two- assess the situation and ensure wills are up to date.

Step three- let air out of tires.

Step four - ask wife to stand behind truck as you drive out to make sure all looks good.

Step five- should roof fall proceed to step seven

Step six- thank wife.

Step seven - drink more beer.
