I had the same trouble with my 08 when I first got it. First go through the primary and make sure that everything is in tip top shape. Rollers, bushings tight, sliders, o-rings, arms move freely and everything is clean. Make sure that neither of the secondary rollers is cracked or broken. Check to make sure that none of your engine mounts is torn/ broken. Scuff the sheaves with a scotchbrite pad to get rid of the shine. If all that checks out then go on to shimming the secondary out 2-3 mm depending on what it is at now. Add a good clutch kit like a DJ kit with his ramps and use a 377 Doo belt that has been cleaned and broken in.Adjust clickers for 8200 rpm and hammer down. I also added a brace to the secondary bearing tower but I am not too sure that it helped.I geared my 154 to 19 tooth top gear and added some venting as well. I have used this set up in my 08 for 4years now and get about 800 miles of abuse on my belts. My clutches are still a little on the warm side but I think that only a floating secondary will bring down the temps more. Good luck

If it wasn't doing it before, there's something else i'd check. There is a little 1" plastic plug in the engine compartment, just behind the suspension that may have fell out. It's kind of just behind where the sway bar sits. This little plug fell out on my clutch side last year and I blew 3 belts in 2 weeks.
