Anyone ever have trouble with idling/starting?

Mine starts with kick start fine most of time. Electric start not so much. Doesn't idle that great but once throttled up runs great.

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues. Bike is a 2012

Ps. Its not the cold start button, spark plug, or throttle arrows.

Pretty much. Starts a little better warm

My bet is it needs its idle circuit reset using the factory yammy FI tuning management tool (dealer tool). We had one doing the same thing in our group last summer. He took it into his dealer had it set up. It's burning to rich on startup. Another fix is to chip it. Google it and you will see its common.

Also anybody know where I could get a softer seat in Canada?

Tried some states places but too hard to deal with.

Check these guys out. Their delivery is quick on most stuff I buy from them. Another option is to take your seat in and have them remove some of the factory foam and install softer stuff and re-staple your cover on. I know what you mean... My sons yammy is hard on the azz.

I had my heart set on a brand new KTM 300 for spring but the more I've been seeing these snow bikes kickin azz I might have to get another 450 and kit it next fall. Are you using a stock clutch? How would a rekluse work on them?

Stock clutch. Never know when a rekluse will kick out so decided against it.
