Who watched the X Games this weekend?

Levi LaVallee took home two Gold Medals and then he withdrew from X Games Sunday due to an injury that he sustained during the Snowmobile Freestyle. Brothers Colton Moore and Caleb Moore both took a crash in the Freestyle. Caleb, unfortunately, had to be taken to the hospital where it was discovered he had bleeding on the heart. The last we heard was he was in ICU. Hang in there Caleb!

Tucker Hibbert dominated the SnoCross Event on Sunday but it was no surprise. His dedication to the sport really payed off. Hibbert also made Winter X Games history with his six peat gold medal performance this weekend.

More spills and thrills happened in the GoPro Snowmobile Best Trick Competition Sunday night. With only four hours on a snowmobile, young Jackson Strong attempted to perform a trick he had perfected on a dirt bike but came down hard on both tries. During one attempt, he fell off and the throttle got stuck on his sled, sending it flying into a crowd of spectators. A 12-year-old boy got taken to hospital for a knee injury.

Joe Parsons did an gnarly backflip and landed facing backwards on his sled in a trick he called the Gator Hater. But it wasn't enough to claim Gold. First place went to Daniel Bodin of Sweden with his amazing backflip off the 100-footer.

It was amazing stuff but he Adaptive SnoCross race on Sunday was the one that capture my attention. It was heartening (and heartbreaking) to see these guys doing the sport they love despite having severe physical disabilities!

What was your favourite moment at X Games?

Adaptive snocross, watched it last year aswell and its super inspiring. Overcoming all the obstacles they have and going out and doing something they love, just great. Makes me appreciate the sport alittle more as an able body person.
