White Stuff

Drove from Vernon to Revelstoke (Sledders Highway) on Sunday. Saw lots of white stuff especially at the Revelstoke end.

well .. that is a picture, of a cabin surrounded by SNOW .. the white stuff we all love so much

as for the where abouts of said cabin and snow .. well you have to drive west as far as you can to get to it

It's Brohm ridge on the sea to sky corridor, south of whistler. Black Tusk Snowmobile Club www.btsc.ca

here's another, just a little farther up the road (even though it's a no good resort)

Been out hiking around the Rockies and the Purcells a bit over the past couple of weeks. There is not a lot of snow in the hills yet. I would say we are below average right now.

But one range to the east we have more snow on the rocks this year than last year at this time. I base that on the trip to the Edmonton sled show. I haven't been up but there is more snow in view this year. A little precip is forecast for the weekend and the beginning of next week. HeeHaw....

Snowline dropped to 600metres last night. It's gonna be a great year here on the coast! It'll make up for the lack of summer.

Snowing right now in the town of GOLDEN! Going to be another huge year. ! I can't think of a better place where there's as much balance of snow and blue skies.

partied in that cabin lots. lived in Whistler/pemberton for most of the 90's. good buddies ran Super pipe and booter camps out of it.

Woke up to a nice surprise this morning ..

Even mountains on the north shore of Vancouver had snow on them .. Now that's pretty amazing for this time of year !!!!
