I'm selling our holiday trailer and have put it on kijiji, but I'm wondering if there is a better web site. I used to use the bargain finder, but I don't know if anyone still buys it with all the websites. Since kijiji has so many scams, I'm thinking lots of average people may avoid it.

If you were looking, where would you look first?

kijiji works great. tons of serious people browse that site. anyone that has any common sence can pick out the scams very easily.

if its to good to be true it probly is!

Kijiji is the only site I use to buy or sell anymore. The only problem is that it only takes a few hours and your ad gets bumped to the second or third page. You might want to invest in a top ad. The bargain finder is online also, but it has become a total cesspool for the scammers. It makes me kinda sick to browse through it.

I use kijiji.... just sold some stuff yesterday.... Always put a phone number if it is a good price and no phone number just an email...prolly a scam
As for the bargain finder I it is now just a place for a dealers to hawk their overpriced stuff

Yep kijiji is good. I use to repost my adds a lot but I stopped. Even on 1 month-6 week old ads I still get replies or sell items that i've forgot about. Great site, and so easy to find stuff. If I am desperate to find something I will go to buysell or autotrader, but always kijiji first. Not that many scams, and most are so easy to point out. I only post my phone number for bigger stuff, or give it once I know someone is interested and not a tire kicker. A lot of people email instead of phoning anyways.

Sold it on kijiji. Thanks. Pretty good response over all. Goes in spurts and lots of good pictures makes a difference.
