That would be much appreciated as I'm bringing a beginner and would be nice for her to ride with other women as well.

We'll head to Quartz on Sat. since most of the group is going there and we get lots of other time to ride other areas. :) I can offer up some time with some new riders and there will be more women with our group too, some new some experienced. If ya'll want to make a time to meet at the cabin once we're in the riding area, we can do that. Maybe take a group of newer riders for some learning time? Let me know…I'm open to less riding and more helping others this day.

We're not planning a large group ride, more of a meet peeps in there and go from there. :) It's an area that's easy to get around in and make trips back and forth to the cabin. Good area to do some learning. Meghan is with us on the demo and she's new, Brianne, Jackie are there (snowandmud names?) Any women who are new and want some learning time, you just have to find me and I'm more than willing to share some tips. :)

Sounds good, just let me know where and when........speaking of where and when, can't seem to find the directions to the parking lot as almost all of the staging info threads for Golden are empty.

Doesn't look like we'll make the meet and greet on friday unless people are still around at 11, so will hopefully meet a few on the hill. Or if you see a red GMC half ton with a 2 place trailer and a red (yes, I like red) and a white sled in the parking lot, come say hi, I rarely bite.

Arlene will be among that group of beginners as well. She has lots of seat time but is still very cautious riding the mountains and spends more time watching than riding.

Mountain Mania ends up being more of a social day than a ride anyways. Always find people to ride with and to bs with. That's what makes the event what it is.

Tyler, is the Club firing up the BBQ at the cabin for this and serving up some lunch? Or is it BYOL?

As far as I know its bring your own lunch, unless you have some pull with the club to change that!

Taminator- Thanks for offering your time to show a beginner around. We will be looking for you either in the staging area or up at the cabin.
Quick2ride- will look for you also.

I know that any of the women we ride with will be more than happy to buddy up with some new riders. There are definitely enough of us slightly more experienced mountain riders around. Please feel free to look for any of us introduce yourselves and don't be afraid to ask for help.

My hubby, Mattmedic and I will be there to be used! I ride an orange Team TnT cat and Mattmedic has a black cat with an electric blue graphic on it. We both have LED lights.

See everyone there!

One newer rider with us too. :)
Hope to meet some new people there as well. We won't make the meet and greet I think. Probably be 12-1 am before we arrive.

Sounds perfect, leave what's left of the snow for the rest of us :d
On that note, 2 failed trips this year so far, I can't wait to tear it up!

Looks like mild weather all week. Hopefully that will bring down some of the avalanche hazards.
