Whats wrong with my sled?

So here's how it goes i took my sled apart, a 2003 legend 800 SDI, because the piston blew so i got some new ones and put it all back together and now i cant get a spark. Anyone got any ideas??

Did you check the grounds?

its happened to me alot when rebuilding skidoos. so many things have to be disconnected.

go over every single connection and check for damage and proper connection.

since the actual rebuild itself has nothing to do with spark that pretty much has to be a connector not plugged in or damaged or improper connection.

Is there no spark on both sides? or just the side that burned down?

disconnect kill switch & then see if you have spark????

follow all the wires to and from your cdi and make sure there connected then check your grounds to your coil if its not that i would say somthins hooked up wrong or test your stator

i would say check ur cdi and your coils on the older skidoos the coils like to blow
