What's the best heads

What would be the best head for a 2008 skidoo summit 800 I wanna run 91 octane so is 13.5 the highest you can go on 91 octane or can I do a 14.1?

I was told to stay at 13.5 with 91 octane. I like my Terra Alps head and Ted was great to deal with.

Werent those heads cloned from some other engine builder?

I'm running 14-1 on 91 with shot of octane boost . I think you'll need to up the octane with higher compression .

14:1 is an elevation head, to run safely down low you may half to mix with race fuel. I use an Rktek 13.5:1 down low with no knock sensor warnings on 91 octane. But i don't do much low altitude riding, nothing below 3000ft so far. If you only ride in the mountains, go for the 14:1 but be careful below 6000ft. If i had my time back i would have went with the 14's cause i really only ride the mountains.
