Been waiting all week to do some smoking. Have a pile of Moose roasts in my deepfreezer so I chopped them up,cured them and flavored them with Garlic Blackpepper and now put them in the smoker. I made moose nuggets from the roasts. Also put some Prime Roast Beef ribs in to cook nice and slow. Will taste good with a cold beer. I think my neck is getting red. Smells like a smokehouse in my carport.
