What should a 944 Union Bay engine have for compression???

What should a 944 Union Bay have for compression?

My engine have 125, 125,and 90 i don't think that is right..............

90 is way to low, you have a problem there, On my sleds (Not same motor) all are between 125-135. I think its kind of a standard depending on the compression ratio. Please correct me if i am wrong.

No u are right i just phone a friend and he said the lowest it sould be is 120.
Do u no how much it would cost me to rebild that motor?

It all depends what what is the problem. It could be something simple or something expensive. Best is to get someone to diagnose the problem first. If it is a ring then a handy guy could do it himself. It could be worse though.

sounds like you might have a wring going bad in the cylinder with 90, i had the same problem with my twin, i was at 125 and about 80, i poured a lil two stroke oil in the bum cylinder, pulled it over a few times, then did a comp check again and it was at 120, i was told this is a sign of a bag ring for my two cents

But the guy that i bout it from took the sled back. But iam buying a nother Union Bay engine i think it is a 744.
