What made this track ???

This was on Pigeon Lake this morning, what the heck made a track like this ???

Looks like something on it's belly using flippers to move.......but doubtful on pigeon........that's strange

Does it continue on or does it end? May be a bird flapping along then takes off. Cant tell by your photo

Could be a injured bird or something but it almost looks to symmetrical and consistent.

An owl

My guess was injured goose.....

It was sent to me from a friend, turned out he spotted some goose feathers and a bit of blood on the shore, but couldn't see the goose at the end of the track. He says there's a large eagle in the area, that maybe it injured it then waited and grabbed it.....

Small goose / large eagle ????

That's possible, not sure my buddy would know the difference between goose or owl feathers... And a big enough eagle would fight with an owl ....

And here I was gonna make a sensable guess like a porcupine.

I have seen similiar before and at the end of the track was a porcupine. It's tracks looked just like a tractor would make. Although the lack of forest if it was a porcupine makes it odd.
