What is the best engine parts?

RKT head.
Dual ring pistons. (RKT can hook you up here too, but there's a few vendors for these)
Get your crank checked out...the 07's were pretty famous for taking cranks out.

For a few bucks more you can get SHR to do you an 860....that's the route I'd go instead of just a straight rebuild.

I got 5000 km on first brp piston i stuck with them i just change them
out because of wear only i only have 100km on new set so time will tell
it cost about $650 for complete kit and about three hours work

I've heard that the RKT heads are awesome but guys are still using BRP pistons with big bore kits.

it is ok but out of the states so if you have a problem you are hooped...i did not have a good experence with shr

Don't be fussy on what name the head says on it, pick up whatever you can find second hand. If you ride only mountains go 14:1 if you ride around home a bit don't go any more than 13.5:1, even at 13.5:1 make sure you have good premium fuel in her.
