Well i sold my FCP Trail Cams and got some new hot BOM Super Magnum Cams...

Well i left there last time with 65.36 rwhp and 44.04 ft lbs...

now after installing the new cams and retuning i ended up with 70.39 rwhp and 47.29 ft lbs..

My new shift out is 8000 rpm and rev limiter is at 8600... My top speed is 88 mph..way too fast! lol

run 46 is my new map..run 102 is my base after new cams where installed without a tune.. and run 45

is with my twin air cleaner and the 70.39 hp is with the stock 09 and up filter..FYI a bone stock 800 does

around 47 hp on the rear wheels. A 1000 stock does about 63 rwhp..

Guys, we are so lucky to have a tuner/engine builder like GET TORQED... im on a site called can-am talk. com and sooo many people wish they had a place like this close to them...You can tune till the cows come home and still have it not right.. the dyno sloves this problem, ecspecially with clutch tuning...

i have known Kevin since he worked out of his garage in 08... you are in great hands and he will give you great results, depends on how much you want to spend too, to chase these results.

lol. Couldn't have said it better. I've tried the "tune by ear" method. Regardless of the fact that I have no idea what I'm doing, it's an endless and frustrating process.

For now, I'm not messing with clutches. I'm just having him jet and tune my old carb'd Kawi, and give the quad a once over. I'm very confident this won't be the last time my quad will be in their shop. It's my first time using them, but everything indicates they do awesome work.
