Vega or Other Recommendation on Where to Ride this Sat?

Anyone been out to Vega recently? Is the ferry running? Or any recommendations about a nice muddy area to ride that is mostly unfrozen?

Went out to Long Island last weekend, and it was alright, but didn't have to use a winch all day, which is kind of disappointing....

Ferry is running and all of the muskeg is not frozen on the cutline. Some of the deep mudholes on the west side trails of the cutline have some mud but still mostly water holes. Otherwise its all good.
