So all last year for dirt bike season my buddies and I went to the grave flats in Alberta (Ruby Falls, Rookie Hill) places like that.. And this season we are looking to expand ourselves into BC as we now have a Toy hauler to sleep in.

We spent a bit of time talking about wanting to go to Valemount, McBride and Blue River this upcoming season.

So here is our issue...

WE DON'T KNOW WHERE WE CAN RIDE AND WHERE ANY TRAILS ARE!!!!

If anyone has any information on any great riding areas in those places please by all means. Share your knowledge.
We want to make the trips and spend days riding new trails every day.

Talk to Curtis at the VARDA office in Valemount. He will tell you all you need to know. Canoe Mountain is a must on your "bucket list" while you are there.

Well the riding is definately scenic. Though the trails are basically old logging roads and not like grave flats riding, the riding in Valemount is mellow considering the terrain your in. There are lots of different places to go simply buy a backcountry map book and look at it. You will not have to ride the same trails twice if you dont want to, as there is many different spots to go. Just be prepared as you can get a long ways back, with no one around.
