So I am no bearing expert but this does not look right ;);) Happened within 3 rides, I know that much. In any case I run gear oil in my case, is this bearing going to live for a couple more ride or does it need to be replaced asap.

and how difficult is it to replace this? Just punch it out and press a new one in?

China made bearing, nice...you will most likely have to pull the the case to replace the bearing, there is a interference fit between the bearing and the case

did the seal pop out on it's own ? if it did it likely won't stay in even if you did pop it back in

Bah answered my own question... Reading the c3 belt drive instructions they actually say to pop the seal out and re-pack it and put the seal back in.

Not difficult to change if you borrow the special tool from the dealer to install and remove both the seal and the brg at the same time. And I would change it bud, gear oil in that application is not clean oil.

I would take your belt off the clutches so u can spin the jack shaft freely. Spin the secondary and listen, the bearing should sound "clean". Not crunchy or grindy. If it's all good pack some grease in there and Pop the seal back in there. It will be fine. Those seals can be removed and reinstalled if your careful. I had a bearing on a fan at work run with very little to no grease at all for almost 2000 hrs before it piled up, there fairly tough.
