Unknown Riding Area West of Edson

There's a staging area and camping about 15km west of Edson on the north side of the highway. I have noticed it before with lots of units in there, even yesterday there was a trailer with a couple quads. Anyone here been there before? Are the trails any good?

Is that the Hornbeck Provincial Rec. Area 16 km west of Edson ? It's right beside the highway with Hornbeck Creek bordering it. As far as I know, quads are not allowed.

It's not Hornbeck. It's an open area with a pond, small scrub and some small trees. It almost looks like an overgrown gravel pit.

yes its a very good area to camp and ride from if you go north of the pit hit the road and go north for 6-7 km its the local quad groups trails you can ride east or west

They must tie into the Sundance trails then and be part of the snowseekers trails as well. Thats good info. Thanks
