Backcountry Access is doing a blog campaign called #unepicadventures.

Not every day goes according to plan and these blogs are great ways to remind us that we need to be open to switching to "plan B" when conditions and circumstances are telling us to hold back. The adventure will be just an epic another day.

I went and read all your un-epic-adventures and loved it.
This is what i consider true backcountry touring, skiing, sleds and backcountry knowledge at its best....Thanks for sharing, i'm looking forward to reading more of your un-epic-adventures.

It also makes me reflect on my own adventures on ski's and sled's.

Interesting to read how even the very experienced can be taken by surprise in the back country. Just proves how aware u MUST be of your surroundings and intended route.
