Okay, my buddy tells me I should turn the track around on my m1k 153" powerclaw so that the direction (curve) of the lugs are not cutting into the slope but more cutting away from the slope, to help prevent such harsh trenching which my machine does seem to have. So in theory, the forward-facing curve of the lugs will trench more than if turning the track the opposite way. Facing forward: better bite for hard pack, facing backward: better flotation and less trench for the deep stuff.
Does this really work? Does anyone have experience with this?
I'd like to find out before I request my dealer to do it!
Any input appreciated!
Thx,
Chris
