My pleasure. Putting on 2000 km's a season has been taking up allot of my time. It will be refreshing to just hang out, and start mindless threads at 4:27 AM. This is going to be great ! The 1st step in training is You should probably befreind LongHairFreak. Then Spend some time going thru his previous posts. Really get to know him. His profile page will provide 99% of the reference material for this course. Good luck!

Well i dont have an real life friends , so one more internet friend shouldnt hurt. I have been reading what he says for some time now.
