I do 2 miles 4-5 times a week at 4 mph. Added a 4 incline today for 10 minutes.

Eventually, I expect to get to 2 miles, 4-5 times a week with an incline of 4 and at 4 mph for a total of half an hour/workout.



takes about 1/2 hour to eat a family sized bag of ripple chips

just sayin
