I got one of those fibreglass Top Caps for my 2 place Triton last year. Love it for what I use it for - but I need some ideas on how to lock the thing up?
Because it can open front or back - the 4 corners are held with square lock pins like these one. They go through holes drilled in the outside channel of the trailer and the Top Cap itself. I can't find a lock that is wide enough to go through the holes. It would be easy to put the lock through the three holes and use the lock itself as the pin - but no locks that I have found that are long enough are wide enough as well. What have you seen done on these things?
I thought of just putting in a straight pin and drilling it through for a small lock - but then the lock would be so small it would likely be useless.
I know I am missing something obvious here>>>>>>>>>>>>>
