We ride with my Mom in our group she just started sledding when she was 58 and has done an outstanding job of learning and keeping up with us...and we her!! The family memories that we are building riding with her and our kids will be cherished forever.

Seeing someone else enjoy themselves sledding is one of the most gratifying experiences i have had. Sad that the anti snowmobile groups don't read a few posts like this. I have yet to find a more unselfish group of people, who go out of there way to embrace others so that they can enjoy what they have experienced. Happy to see older people still participating.

Looks like your Dad had fun. I used to ride close to Hinton too, place called Cadimin, freind of mine had a trapline around Mountain Park..he sold out and I sure miss riding the line with him and staying in the old cabins,.

do you know if we are allowed to snowmobile there still ? I heard that it was closed, some awesome hills to climb east of the old Mountain park town site .I have album full of snowmobiling pics from there .
