That's got just as much resistance. The big thing is the tanker traffic along the coast and in Burrard Inlet. There is a group involved now with it's intent on "Saving Stanley Park". I'm thinking these may end up going north or south but not through BC.

I agree. But the way things are going out here it will the NDP controlling things for quite a while once again! Just might have to move a little further east one of these days.

The pockets of "greenies", the influences of unions on government, and the governmental attitude with some parliament members and many bureaucrats in the offices is IMHO beyond reason.

A case in point, The High Commissioner to the United Kingdom is Gordon Campbell, the ex-premier. Of all the High Commissioners that Canada has, he has by far the highest expense account expenditures. He hasn't learned a thing since he got trashed
by his own caucus many people of his province.

They just keep doing whatever the hell they like with no regard for the common good. End of rant......
