I am one who praises people in public when they go above & beyond, so here's the story: I ordered some parts from T&T, yesterday my wife & I decided to take the bike to Bonnyville to pick them up (not really thinking it was 34 degrees out, and maybe not a good idea to be riding for several hours...) Anyway, by the time we got there, my wife was seriously dehydrated, and on the verge of heat stroke. Trish immediately recognized this and made my wife some Gatorade to help replace some electrolytes that had been lost. She wasn't asked to do this, she just took it upon herself. I guess in summary I'd like to thank Trish for her efforts, and T&T for acquiring a valuable asset - we will continue to shop there (just may not ride the bike on hot days lol).
