Next year Doo engineers Brainstormed how to drop another bunch of weight , gonna come with a 25 litre tank. They talked to maxwell and norona , they both said 25 litres are more than enough to get to the cabin , rip around a bit , sign a few autographs , shake a few hands , make a few wheelie across the meadow videos , then back to truck , so no reason for more fuel than that.

It compares well with the new 800/850s.

Not sure if it is blowing them outta the water.

What I find appealing about them is the reliability of the four stroke engine.

Oh and the factory turbo doesn't suck either.

LOL, lots of little boys on S&M. Comparing their little peepee power hahaha. I'ed find it more interesting except the likely hood of either of these sleds finishing without breaking something is slim. And that would just suck, wouldn't it.
Kinda like when you plan this big date and your plumbing doesn't want to raise to the occasion and then moment is gone. LOL

Smoke em all every time. Turn up the boost and a straight pipe for like 300$& its all over but the crying

Straight pipe for $300 is supposed to add power forsure, north of 200 HP on some of the claims I have seen.

How are you adding boost without adding a box?

MCS kit is $2000 for 250 HP.

270/280 needs a bigger turbo.....

That's wonderful news, except more then 3/4 of the population on this forum struggle with their current tickerbell's, how do you expect them to handle something with ball's.....and ....weight. Ain't happening, just the thought makes them run away.

53 lbs difference between the sidewinder and the 850.

The gap is narrowing.

You really need to think about that as your not considering everything. One very important thing and i know you know what i'm talking about.

So yes about the weight, well i will take your word for it. But the 850 looses 3% of it HP for every 1000ft of elevation. That now opens that gap considerably.

So to give a comparison, a 165HP 850 at 7,000ft will lose 35HP, making it not much better then a 600 at sea level.
While the other guy you mention will continue on it marry way with its 200 ponies at 7,000ft. Get the picture.....so tell me more about that gap narrowing???

I am guessing you are thinking power to weight ratio.

590lb/170hp = 3.47 lb/HP

643lb/180hp = 3.57 lb/HP

The great equalizer being elevation.

590lb/135hp = 4.37lb/HP

But when they are stuck they are both heavy as **** and horsepower doesn't count for a damm thing.
