I bought mine new and that sled has been awsome, never had any engine or clutch trouble, its still goin strong and the last 2 years I rode the pizz out of it to go were my buddys were goin with there 800,the worst part is they suck the fuel when held to the bars allday but suprised tons of guys when pullin up atop the mountian on a 500,I changed the skis which helped alot and bar risers are a must,Im keepin mine for my daughter to ride and just because I love it,its always been great to me.

my dad had a 98 and sold it. it was very low in the handlebars. how hard would it be to throw a riser together from 2 2" square pipe welded together?

it couldnt possibly be worse on fuel than my old sled. it is a 669 69 and it gets less than 5 mpg.

there was a post on here someone used 2x2 tubing for a riser. Do a search I think it was on a 600 RMK
