i am a firm beliver in speaking out for customer service.........toiday i hit what could have been a HUGE problem....my place is run off of propane heat, at the level my tank was at the propane gelled up on me and lost heat and hotwater......at -40 this is a problem.......i called everywhere to get someone to fill no one would/could, superior could have but i didnt have an account............anywho....after leaving a message i was called back from stony propane, from their residence, i was given directions to a yard just out side of stony, where a 100lb tank was, told to pick it up and given step by step instructions on how to connect properly untill their truck could get to my hosue tomorrow morning..........i cant thank them enough and figured that deserves a big cudos and exposure.......cheers
