Stock pipe VS Crank Shop pipe

I re-installed a stock pipe on my 05 800 so I could get my after market ceramic coated. My sled is running like crap and it is even foofing, the exhaust gases are re igniting, after I turn it off. It is acting like way too much fuel. Would the aftermarket, Crank Shop, be that much different? Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance

not sure but it sounds like there is something wrong other then the pipes

Put on my new pipe last night..Wow The old one must have been crudded up inside
