Ok so here what's taking place. Turn key on and wait for the fuel pump to cut out volt meter reads 12.8 and up. Turn the key and the starter engages and the bike starts turning over for a split second and the volts drop like a rock down below 10 and as low as 8. If I boost it starts just like it did in july. The battery is new, wHat should I look for? Any ideas?

Make sure your terminals are tight and clean first, if that doesn't help, take it down to Canadian tire or somewhere that can check if for you, could save a lot of time trying to track down a ghost.

If your volts are going down to 10 then 8, you are either pulling to many amps from the starter, your battery is pooched or you could have a connection issue.

Did you get the proper CCA rating replacement battery, you said THE battery is new, you didn't say this is the THIRD battery in your original post. Some batteries don't come with electrolyte,.. is yours full?

Thinking it is the starter, I had a 350cca battery and got a new 800cca battery out of the U.S. last week. I'm sure it is a problem in the starter but won't know for a few days. Can't be the stator or it would not charge when the bike is running. or could be a poor ground

Charge and load test ur battery. that is the only way to know if ur battery is pooched or not. When u bought ur battery was it already serviced or did u have to add the electrolite urself and do the charging?

Heres a up date, after many hours of trying to find the issue myself it just was not going to happen. Took the rhino back to the dealership where I buy all my stuff and they said it needed a new starter, opened the case up and checked the starter clutches and put it back together and told me to remove the stage 1 cam it was my problem. Well it was not and the timing chain broke in less then 6 hours of them haveing had the bike apart and because I had no luck with them I took it to another dealer that I had started buying parts from 2 years ago. They replaced the timing chain, oil chain and the plastic sliders that put pressure on the chain and it starts great. So long story short its running and thats all that matters as spring is coming someday in July lol
