I wonder how the guy is that launched his sled over his truck at Boulder on Nov 13. Loading it up on his deck and wheelied over his cab and landed between/on his hood and the trucks hood beside him. He was out cold for a while and didn't know where he was when he came too! Note to all keep helmet strapped on till it's on or off the truck/trailer. If he didn't have his on the story could have been much worse.

Lots of people are perfectly capable of stupidity without beer....

Don't hate the beer, hate the drinker...

Had to hit it hard polaris up and my buddy was scared to run his cat up so i did and bumper hit the angle iron center section before skis hit the ramps......folded it over on top of me as i wedged his new ride under the bumper. helmet was on but i was sore for a week, hood toast, winshield toast, master cylinder toast my fingers and neck swollen!!!!

Ya, ran into one of those guys up at crowfoot on sunday. Group pulled with a large enclosed trailer. The first three nice looking doo's were pulled off nicely. The fourth was fired up and you it was a yammy by the sound. He pulls out burping his throttle like' look at me" It was a nice looking yammy no doubt all polished tunnel and nice graphics ect.... but then proceeded to burp his throttle for a bit then hammered across the parking lot and up around the corner[ past other people unloading] with no helmet or gear on then back into the parking lot and over to his group. Like wtf???? No need for this crap and I hope his group were embarased for the idiot!! People should have courtesy for others. Not saying everyone is like this. Save it for the trail and hill hero's

Never crashed a sled at a staging area BUT...

I put my suzuki Kingquad 300 thru the back window of my extended cab s-10......

Pushed the whole cab in, quad bumper was resting on my front seat headrest and the window was but a hole of it's former self....

Hell of a time trying to ge the cab straightened out.... never could get glass back into it, thank god for Tucktape...

Yeah the Cowboys were out already on the first weekend last week. 60 MPH across the parking lot in 8" of snow, banging and rattling off every rock. I was so hoping one of them would hit somethin more solid...like a truck.....IDIOTS!

My buddy got the side of his ski caught on the bent up edge of my tilt deck trailer while loading a couple of years ago. Stopped the machine dead in its tracks and tossed him hard on to the top of the trailer. If he were going any faster he would have been in the back of my truck.

About 25 years ago a buddy of mine had this old sled (cant remember maybe a ET 250 yamaha) with gas tank under the seat which was not bolted down as he just worked on it in Grade 12 mechanics. He took off from the parking lot with throttle stuck open and everyone watching from class as he fell off. Seat fell off then gas tank tangled around hopping over bumps at full speed until sled hit a tree. Engine still going 50 million RPM and gas tank laying on the ground beside it still connect to the gas line. Had to be there to watch this gong show. He got a A for amusing the class :d

Youngest daughters boyfriend fires up his 700 Wildcat in the back yard. Of course it starts on the first pull with the throttle stuck wide open. It travels about 200 feet. Right into the side of his Dad's new pick-up. It's so hard not to laugh.

ill start off by saying that the simmins skis on my sled are really bad for getting cought on the edge of the ramp on to my deck so i was loading my sled last weekend after a long day riding early in the season i was tired and sore , my truck has a 6" lift 37" tires so you half to hit the ramp with some speed not a prob if the out side skag dosen't catch where the ramp folds and pops one ramp off its mount and rolls you off with the sled but noone seen so it was all good , next project modding my ramps ( or changing skis it only happens to the simmins skis)

This isn't a story in the parking lot, but after doing the top end in buddy's sled last winter, we pulled it out of his dad's brand new shop to fire it up for the first time. Buddy had hooked up the throttle cable and didn't quite put it in right. So we pulled and pulled and pulled. Finally the ol triple 600 lit up, and lit it did. 6000 RPM. Hit the kill switch, nothing, so I pulled it up and hit it again. Still at 6000 RPM, so off come the plug wires. After it was all said and done, forgot to hook up the kill switch, and for some great reason, we had not put the belt on the machine.... Would have went right through the new door.:d:d

I'll bet he is your favorite of all her boy toys.
