Sorry you are going to have to face it head on, to get any good riding in you are going to have to spend thousands of dollars on an RV, and a truck and travel a few hours from Edmonton just like the rest of us.lol Or find yourself a boyfriend who happens to already have all these things.
And I suppose you are gonna want pictures too?Or a girl friend too ,most of us on the sight are okay with that as well.......
Unless it comes up behind you, pushing your twisted body across the ties until your a bloody fusion of meat and quad parts.
Sounds like a good time though.
Cheers!!
So you know you are tresspassing right? It is also extremely dangerous to even be beside the tracks when a train passess. Even CN workers(I was told once by a person who works there) that you should always be at least a train cars lenght away from tracks in case of derailment.i live right in spruce and probably the best trails i have come across is the cn trails. basically if you dont get caught you can stage right out of stony plain and head west but if you dont want to run into cops just head out to one of the range roads west of town and stage off right by the tracks and head west. we have made it to wabamun and just filled up at that gas station. stay on the north side of the tracks till you get to carvel then kick over to the south side. it gets more challenging once you pass duffield. the only other thing i can recomend is to stop if a train is coming and wait til it passes
other than that have fun
Hells Half Acre, Take Yellow head west to RR30 turn north, go for 3.1 km and on the east side is a small staging area.
This place is only 20 mins from spruce grove. Small mud realatively flat but you could easily spend a day there.
