Spray Nine is a Quaternary Ammonium based product, it is currently registered on the EPA website as a Disinfectant. All disinfectants have a recommended dwell time to be effective, this should be listed on the Bottle or in the Data Sheets. Here is the list from the EPA, Health Canada typically follows EPA guidelines. Now for a disinfectant to be effective the surface should be washed with a mild soap solution first. https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disinfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2
